保存与食用方式

保存:产品已真空密封于铝箔袋中。

  • 冷藏(0-4°C)保存,三天内食用风味最佳;
  • 冷冻(-18°C)可保存1个月,依然鲜美。

食用:

  • 冷冻后解冻,开袋即食;
  •  或将整袋浸入热水,加热3-5分钟后开袋享用(铝箔袋耐高温)。

搭配建议:

搭配我们的腰豆、口水鸡酱汁或沙拉,风味绝佳;也可直接配饭或单独品尝,尽享纯粹美味。温馨提示:加热后可能出现白色蛋白质凝结,这是高品质三文鱼的正常现象。

  • 最新鲜:专门为您进货、开鱼,每条鱼保证在4kg以上
  • 最全面:不单单您会收到所有的三文鱼排,我们开鱼后的鱼头、鱼骨、鱼皮、骨边肉、脂肪等等,都可以给到您。您可以烤鱼头或煮汤,可以用骨边肉炒饭或做沙拉,可以自己烤制鱼皮当零食,还能给自己的宠物享用美食
  • 最定制:您可以指定1/2或者全鱼的刺身处理。如需要刺身,我们会切成300g左右一份,为您保存。如未指定,则默认用舒肥法处理。我们还会送您主厨特调海鲜酱油,您如果需要山葵等,也可以为您进货和处理

Our salmon fillet is sourced from the finest sashimi-grade Norwegian Atlantic salmon, harvested from the icy, pure fjords. With firm texture and evenly distributed fat (15-20%), each slice boasts a vibrant orange-red hue, delivering a silky, odor-free experience that elevates your palate.

Every slice is expertly prepared by OKA-OKA’s Head Chef Gray Lim (20+ years of Japanese culinary expertise in Singapore, co-founder of OKA-OKA) from freshly sourced stock (watch our fish filleting live on Facebook). After meticulous marination, our chef employs French sous-vide techniques with precise temperature control to preserve the salmon’s delicate texture and juicy freshness. Cooked in a vacuum-sealed environment, it retains nearly all its moisture (<3% loss) and is 100% additive-free. Rich in Omega-3, this salmon is a delectable and nutritious choice for growing kids and health-conscious adults.

Nutrition Meets Indulgence

Each boneless slice (approx. 120g) contains just 240 calories and 26g of high-quality protein, meeting 31-37% of the daily protein needs for a 70kg active adult while accounting for only ~10% of daily caloric intake.

Unlike sushi-grade or cooking-grade salmon, sashimi-grade is the rarest and finest quality available. Selected for its superior quality, free of parasites, and processed with strict cold-chain standards, it ensures exceptional hygiene, nutrition, and texture.

Storage and Serving Suggestions

Storage: Vacuum-sealed in aluminum foil bags. Refrigerate (0-4°C) and consume within three days for optimal flavor. For longer storage, freeze (-18°C) for up to one month while retaining excellent taste.

Serving

Thaw (if frozen) and enjoy straight from the bag;
Or submerge the bag (heat-resistant foil) in boiled water for 3-5 minutes, then serve.

Pairing Ideas

Pair with our kidney beans, spicy chicken sauce, or a fresh salad for a delightful meal. Enjoy it with rice or on its own for a pure, exquisite taste.

Note: White protein coagulation may appear after heating—a natural sign of high-quality salmon.

If you wish to order a whole fish with personalized services such as fish preparation, cooking, or packaging by our chef, please contact us separately.

If you order a whole fish:

  • Freshest Quality: Sourced specifically for you, each fish is cleaned and guaranteed to weigh over 4kg.
  • Most Comprehensive: You’ll receive not only all the salmon fillets but also the fish head, bones, skin, trim meat, fat, and more. You can grill the head or make soup, use the trim meat for fried rice or salads, roast the skin for snacks, or even treat your pets to a gourmet meal.
  • Most Customized: You can specify sashimi preparation for half or the whole fish. If sashimi is requested, we’ll portion it into approximately 300g servings and preserve it for you. If not specified, we’ll default to sous-vide cooking. We’ll also include our chef’s special seafood soy sauce, and if you need wasabi or other items, we can source and prepare them for you.

Although salt content is already little, could be more careful because the salty taste comes out more if we don't eat immediately. Otherwise, it's quite good
